WEEKEND WRAP UP

Tony and I dropped Maggie off Friday morning in Montgomery to catch the bus for her team camp at Purdue. We headed on to Custer, Wisconsin for the Midwest Renewable Energy Fair. It was an interesting weekend. Lots of electric cars, and lots of alternative energy sources... wind powered, solar powered, bio-fuels, a little bit of everything. The most interesting thing to me was the group of people that had gathered. Lots of peace, and treehugger t-shirts for sale. Tony gathered lots of good and useful information to use for magazine articles. The little town that we stayed in was sitting on "Tomorrow River" and had great fish fry specials... the fish was great! It was nice just to get away together. Maggie had a great time at camp. We are all tired and glad to be home, ready to dig into another week!

Thanks for the wishes. We had a good time in Evansville. Glad your trip to Wisconsin went well - I bet the weather was really nice up there. Have a great week!

I am so happy that the 2 of you were able to have a weekend away. You both work so many hours.

"People watching" is always so interesting to me too.
See you on Sunday at Mom's!
