Today is Robby's 19th birthday! It sure doesn't seem like 19 years have passed since we brought our little Rob home. We will get a couple of ice cream cakes and celebrate some this weekend! Noah had to go to the doctor last night, he has the same viral infection that Jordan had last week. A sore throat, and a runny nose... poor little guy. Maggie woke up with a sore throat this morning, and has an away game at Forest Park tonight. Tony and I went to take a tour of Josh and Rachel Bauer's home last night. WOW! It was so beautiful.... I am starting to get excited about getting to pick out new counter tops and cabinets! However, I do have to remind myself of the Dave Ramsey course and being held accountable. That brings me back to reality..... but it will still be fun to pick out affordable things for the new house. Hope that everyone is getting ready and making fun plans for the upcoming holiday weekend!
THOUGHT FOR THURSDAY
This was my devotional this morning, so good I couldn't help but share.
HEED THE SIGNALS
HONOR GOD AND OBEY HIS COMMANDS, BECAUSE THIS IS ALL
PEOPLE MUST DO. - ECCLESIASTES 12:13
Here are some God-given, time-tested truths that define the way you should navigate your life. Observe them and enjoy secure passage. Ignore them and crash against the ragged rocks of reality....:
* Love God more than you fear hell.
*Make major decisions in a cemetery.
*When no one is watching, live as if someone is.
*Succeed at home first.
*Don't spend tomorrow's money today.
*Pray twice as much as you fret.
*God has forgiven you; you'd be wise to do the same.

Time goes so quickly - Robby is 19 - how is that possible!?!?! Sorry to hear that Noah and Maggie are sick - hope everyone is well soon! Rachel's home is beautiful, isn't it - we had one of our Psi Ote meetings there. Have a wonderful rest of the week! Hope to see you at the volleyball game tomorrow night.
P.S. Loved the devotional too!

Patti, Thank You for the devotional
I hope that you can enjoy picking out everything for the new house, it sounds like so much fun, but also a lot of work, and decision making.
I Hope Maggs and Noah are felling better soon.
Love & Prayers,
